DELIVERY INFORMATION

At Photo World Lab, customers can purchase products by visiting our physical store, contacting us via WhatsApp, or placing orders online.

Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of the order, as well as the delivery method selected. Once we receive your order, we will provide a shipping quotation and discuss the available delivery options. Unless urgency is specified, we always recommend the most economical shipping option.

For local deliveries within South Africa, we typically use courier services because they are faster, reliable, and cost-effective. Delivery options may include Next Day, Express (24–48 hours), or Economy (24–72 hours), depending on the destination.

As a general guideline:

• Small parcels within Johannesburg CBD are often delivered free of charge.

• Deliveries outside Johannesburg CBD usually range between R55 – R200, depending on parcel size and distance.

• Larger parcels (up to approximately 60 kg) delivered outside Johannesburg may cost R200 – R305.

If preferred, we can also send parcels through the South African Post Office upon request.

For international orders, we can ship your order to destinations outside South Africa. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the parcel size, weight, destination country, and the delivery method selected. International shipping can be arranged through the postal service or courier companies, depending on the customer’s preference.
