RETURN POLICY

At Photo World Lab, we strive to deliver high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your order, our return policy below applies.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:
The item received is damaged, defective and non-defective, or incorrect
The item was not delivered
Your order could not be fulfilled due to product unavailability

Custom-made photo products (e.g., photo prints, photobooks, framed photos) cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect, as they are made to order.

2. Return Window
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

3. Order Cancellations
If you cancel an order after payment has been made, a 15% administration/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and production costs.

4. Return Shipping
If a return is required, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Photo World Lab does not provide prepaid return labels.

5. Return Method

Approved returns will be issued using the original payment method only.

6. Return Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault:

Contact us within 48 hours
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or incorrect:

Custom prints
Photobooks
Photo frames with custom prints
Digital products or instant downloads
